PCBN cutters are mostly welded by PCBN composite chips and cutter bars or indexable inserts. In recent years, there are more and more types of integral PCBN inserts. PCBN blade is a composite whole formed by directly sintering about 1mm PCBN layer on the cemented carbide substrate.
